Property inspections in Manilva

Manilva, including Sabinillas and the area around Puerto de la Duquesa, has many apartment and townhouse developments, a good number of them holiday homes. Closed-up properties near the sea are particularly prone to condensation and to slow leaks going unnoticed.

Typical concerns: condensation in closed holiday homes, terrace leaks and pre-purchase checks.
