PROPTECTA was founded to give property owners on the Costa del Sol access to the kind of independent, methodical building investigation that is common in Scandinavia.
The founder brings more than 20 years of practical experience in construction, water and fire damage restoration and building investigations in Sweden and Norway. That background means understanding not only how damage appears, but how buildings are put together and how they are repaired.
Our philosophy is simple: investigate properly, explain clearly and recommend honestly. We do not sell repairs, so our only interest is helping you understand the condition of your property.
