After an investigation, many owners want help making sure the right work is done, especially when they live abroad or do not speak Spanish. We can help you understand the recommended measures and communicate them clearly to the contractors you choose. PROPTECTA does not carry out construction or renovation work itself.

Important limitations
Contracts for any work are between you and the contractor. We do not carry out repairs, act as a building contractor or take responsibility for the work of others.
