Scope of services
PROPTECTA carries out independent, non-destructive technical inspections of visible and accessible building elements. The scope, price and deliverables of each assignment are agreed in writing beforehand.
What is not included
Unless expressly agreed, services do not include structural certification, laboratory analysis, regulated surveying, legal checks or repair work.
Findings
Findings reflect the conditions observed and measured on the day of inspection. Concealed conditions may not be detectable without invasive investigation.
