What we collect
When you contact us through the form, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide: name, contact details, preferred language, property location, requested service and description of the problem.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where agreed, to prepare and carry out an inspection. The legal basis is your consent and the steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept for no longer than necessary to handle them. Data related to assignments is kept for the period required by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to contact@proptecta.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Processors
We use trusted service providers for website hosting and data storage, under appropriate data processing agreements. We do not sell your data.
